Description
**Turn a non-threaded Ruger 10/22 Takedown barrel into a 1/2x28 host. Precision slip-on fit clamps with six set screws for a secure, concentric mount for brakes, comps, and suppressors where legal.**
The Gen 2 Slip-On 1/2x28 Adapter lets your non-threaded Ruger 10/22 Takedown run modern muzzle devices—no machining required. It’s precision-fit to the factory Takedown barrel profile for a secure, concentric install. Slide it on and lock it down with six set screws to add industry-standard 1/2x28 threads at the muzzle. Use it with your favorite muzzle brake, compensator, flash device, or suppressor (where legal and properly registered).
Gen 2 is a substantial upgrade over our original: precision-machined from 17-4 H1150 stainless and finished in black nitride for outstanding surface hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion protection. The result is a tough, repeatable mount that installs easily and holds true.
