Shipping & Returns


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.


Express Shipments

Please note that our team is often traveling on Friday's through Sundays and because of this express USPS shipments placed on Friday's, Saturday’s, or Sunday's, may go out latest the following Tuesday.


Shipping Statuses

Our shipping system identifies key changes regarding your order's journey to you. Once you place an order, the shipping statuses below will be used to notify you of your current order status and what that means to you.

  • Awaiting Payment — You have completed the checkout process, but payment has yet to be confirmed or withdrawn.
  • Awaiting Fulfillment — You have completed the checkout process and payment has been confirmed. Reviewing shipment.
  • Awaiting Shipment — Your order has been pulled and packaged, and is awaiting collection from a shipping provider.
  • Partially Shipped — All in stock products have been shipped. This may occur if you order an in-stock item and a pre-order item.
  • Completed — Your order has been shipped/picked up, and receipt is confirmed.
  • Shipped — Your order has been shipped, but receipt has not been confirmed; Infinite Product Solutions has shipped your order.
  • Cancelled — Infinite Product Solutions has cancelled an order per your request or other reasons.
  • Declined — Infinite Product Solutions has marked the order as declined for lack of manual payment (like checks), or other reasons.
  • Refunded — Infinite Product Solutions has refunded the order in part or whole.
  • Manual Verification Required — Your order is on hold while we manually confirm some aspect (e.g. tax-exempt documentation).


Returns and Refunds

We offer a Lifetime Warranty on most of our products and as such have specific details on what that means should you want to return or exchange a product. Below are details highlighting this information:


  • No refund or replacement will be given until you, the customer, return the product.
  • If you received the part in new condition however you want to return the product, you have 60 days from your purchase date to return the item for a refund. Only new, excellent condition items are eligible for this 60-day refund.
  • Returns are through the mail only. If you should happen to see us at a trade show or other event, we unfortunately do not accept trade ins or returns at the event.

  • If your item was received defective, Infinite Product Solutions Inc. will gladly cover the return shipping. If no defect is found, the customer is responsible for all return postage.
  • Returned parts must be in perfect condition in order to be exchanged or applicable for in store credit.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee on all non-defective items returned. This will automatically be deducted from the refund amount.
  • All returned non-defective items will be refunded the product price only (minus 15%) and not the shipping cost. If the order qualified for free shipping, our shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund.
  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


  • Vendor Program Specifics:
    • All returns are paid by the vendor unless the parts being returned were received damaged or defective.
    • Returned parts must be in perfect condition in order to be exchanged or applicable for in store credit.
    • If a vendor wants to trade out parts email us at and send pictures showing the condition of the parts.
    • If a vendor does not send pictures and the parts are not in perfect condition, the vendor will have to pay Infinite Product Solutions to have the imperfect parts shipped back to him or her and will receive no refund, credit or exchange for those parts.
    • No refunds, credits or exchanges will be processed until the parts are reviewed. 
    • There will be a 10% restocking fee for returned parts calculated based on the combined product price of the returned goods. 
    • If a vendor wants to exchange parts, the 10% restocking fee will be added to their replacement order and the new order will not ship until this is paid.


International Orders:

  • Please note that all orders outside of the United States may be subject to additional import taxes or fees and it may be required for the customer to pay these fees prior to package pickup. Consult local and national laws regarding these additional fees prior to purchase. Infinite Product Solutions does not cover these additional costs.
