This Gen 2 adapter converts a barrel threaded M13.5×1 LH (the common European 9×19 pistol thread used by many HK, SIG, Glock OEM EU, CZ, Walther, etc.) to 1/2×28 (the common U.S. 9mm thread standard). No rethreading required. Precision-machined from 17-4 H1150 stainless for strength and concentricity, it seats square for a secure, repeatable mount. Add your preferred compensator, brake, flash device, or a suppressor with a 1/2×28 piston (where legal and properly registered).

Usage notes
• Left-hand on the barrel side: turn counter-clockwise to tighten onto the M13.5×1 LH barrel.
• Device side 1/2×28 is right-hand (standard).
• Do not use a crush washer between barrel and adapter; the adapter should seat flat on the barrel shoulder/face.
• Time your muzzle device on the 1/2×28 side using shims if needed.
• For suppressors, verify alignment with a caliber-correct rod before live fire. Tilting barrels typically require a booster (fixed-barrel spacer only for fixed-barrel hosts).
